Jacqueline Poon

Jacqueline is Director, Finance and Operations at Seneca Impact Advisors, where she oversees the day-to-day operational functions of the company and ensures that the firm operates in line with its commitment to responsible and inclusive practices across its activities and partnerships.

Jacqueline has over 20 years’ experience of operational, administrative, and human resource management in the financial services industry. Before joining Seneca, she worked as a Vice President and Technical Representative for SinoPac Insurance Brokers Limited. Prior to that, she was the Vice President of SinoPac Capital Limited which was the wholly owned subsidiary of Taiwan’s Bank SinoPac, where she oversaw the daily operations including compliance, accounting, internal control, administration, and HR of the company to ensure it was aligned with existing strategies and plans, and in compliance with the internal and external policies and regulations.

She graduated from Hong Kong Baptist University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, majoring in Human Resource Management. Jacqueline is based in Hong Kong and is also a Director of Nomad Plastic, a partner organization supported by Seneca.
