Africa Engagement Specialist
Dadson Kinyua, Africa Engagement Specialist, supports Seneca’s work across the continent and contributes to global consulting engagements involving Africa. Based in Nairobi, he brings over eight years of experience in international development, agribusiness, and climate resilience. His expertise spans strategic communications, market systems development, trade facilitation, and impact investing, with a strong focus on youth and women’s economic empowerment.
Prior to joining Seneca, Dadson was Program Manager at Africa Business Group, where he co-managed the Global African Agribusiness Accelerator Platform (GAAAP), supporting over 50 agritech startups with technical assistance and access to finance. He has designed and implemented public-private dialogues, regenerative agriculture campaigns, and urban farming initiatives across more than ten African countries. His consulting portfolio includes engagements with the African Union Commission, International Potato Center, Oxford Business Group, and The ONE Campaign.
A skilled writer and communicator, Dadson has authored and edited hundreds of articles, reports, and proposals for global audiences. He holds a BSc in Food Operations Management from the University of Eldoret and is fluent in English and Swahili.
