Chris Glotfelter

Chris is a Director, Enterprise Nature Solutions at Seneca Impact Advisors, where he leads the firm’s work on driving enterprise value creation for corporates and investors, translating risk into resilience and quantifiable improvements to the P&L, balance sheet, and valuations. He specializes in corporate strategy and enterprise value creation, sustainable finance, and nature-related risk and opportunity management.

Chris has over a dozen years of experience across principal and advisory investment lenses in the United States, UK/Europe and Asian markets. Most recently, Chris has served as a sustainability expert at an ESG advisory firm in Singapore, where he worked on innovative finance and sustainability initiatives supporting energy transition, the blue economy, and sustainable agriculture projects across Asia. Prior to his experience in Asia, he worked at PwC in London, directly advising the Consulting leadership on business growth strategies, leading acquisitions and integrations, and launching a digital ventures incubator while growing new segments of the business. Earlier in his career at Penzance Management, a Washington, DC boutique private equity real estate firm, he closed over US$500M in transactions while enhancing asset value through sustainable management strategies.

Chris holds an MSc in the Economics and Policy of Energy and the Environment from University College London. He also holds a Juris Doctor with specialisations in Environmental and Real Estate Law. Chris is based in Hong Kong.
