Gabriella Natasha

Gabriella is an Investment Analyst at Seneca Impact Advisors and also serves as the firm’s Indonesia Lead, supporting local partnerships, project coordination, and market engagement in the country. She is an integral part of the firm’s investment and project activities across its portfolio, with a focus on financial analysis, structuring, and execution, contributing to the development of projects with environmental, social, and community outcomes. She plays a key role in supporting Seneca’s regional project and investment activities across Asia-Pacific.

Gabriella has a strong foundation in financial advisory and restructuring. Prior to joining Seneca, she spent five years at AJCapital Advisory in Jakarta, where she rose to the position of Manager. Her work spanned industries including textile manufacturing, telecommunications, and pulp and paper, advising on over USD 3.4 billion in domestic and cross-border debt restructuring. Her experience includes financial modelling, due diligence, and strategic business planning, with a focus on turnaround and post-restructuring implementation.

Earlier in her career, Gabriella held roles at PT Mandiri Capital Indonesia and PT Gemilang Putra Mandiri Sejahtera, where she supported investment analysis and financial reporting. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Universitas Prasetiya Mulya, graduating with honours.
