Project Discovery
Before initiating any project, Seneca works to uncover the economic, environmental, and ecosystem dynamics of a given landscape. This includes identifying key risks, pressures, and investment opportunities, as well as understanding the policy context and stakeholder landscape.
We engage early with stakeholders—government, community, and market actors—to surface complementary and conflicting objectives. Through this process, we assess which types of interventions are relevant, feasible, and aligned with both landscape needs and national policy priorities.
Our goal is to ensure that project concepts are not only environmentally and socially impactful, but also investment-ready and aligned with the expectations of public and private capital. This discovery phase lays the foundation for strategic alignment, stakeholder buy-in, and long-term viability.
We help uncover and shape early-stage ideas into viable, nature-positive investment opportunities.
