

Grace Hui
Strategic Partner
Grace Hui is the founder and CEO of Net Zero Asia Limited, focusing on carbon asset development and carbon finance innovation. From 2013 to early 2022, she was with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) as Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of its Listing Division. She initiated a new business in green and sustainable finance for HKEX in early 2020. Grace also serves as a Director at Tula, a joint venture with Net Zero Asia, Seneca Impact Advisors, and Development Finance Asia, dedicated to nature-positive projects.
Prior to HKEX, Grace worked at UBS from 2001 to 2011 in various roles, including Managing Director, Chief of Staff, and Global Chief Operating Officer of its Legal & Compliance Department. She advised UBS management on legal, regulatory, and operational issues and maintained relationships with key regulators.
Grace is currently an independent non-executive director of Road King Infrastructure Limited, an honorary adviser to the Accounting and Financial Reporting Council, and a member of several committees related to sustainability and finance. She is also an Adjunct Professor at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Grace graduated from The London School of Economics and Political Science with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematical Sciences and pursued legal studies at BPP Law School in London. She is a qualified lawyer in Hong Kong and in England & Wales.
