Following our webinar with the Japan Impact Investing Network (J-IIN), we are pleased to share the presentation slides from the session, Pathways to Nature Finance: Structuring Capital for Scalable Impact. The presentation explores a challenge that sits at the heart of nature finance: not a lack of interest or capital, but the difficulty of matching the right type of capital to the right project at the right stage of development.
Drawing on practical examples from across Asia, the presentation examines project preparation, blended finance, insurance and resilience financing, project aggregation, landscape portfolios, and the role of financial structures in translating capital into real-world outcomes. It also highlights project examples from Indonesia and Laos.
We hope the presentation provides useful insights for investors, financial institutions, governments, project developers, and practitioners working to scale investment in nature and climate solutions.
